Justin Gross started at Riviera Yachts in Australia in 1996 as a lamination specialist and over a 9 year period progressed into various other departments including engineering and fit out stages of the boat building process. In 2005, he relocated to Florida to work for Riviera Yachts of the Americas. As well as being the boatyard and custom projects manager, he also travelled and was involved in many specialized repairs and custom rigging of boats from the Americas to Europe.

Cameron Dewhurst started in 2000 as a boatbuilding apprentice at Riviera Yachts in Australia working in various areas of lamination, cabinetry and research and development departments. In 2005 he relocated to Florida working for Riviera Yachts of the Americas traveling worldwide to perform various custom installations, service and warranty repairs. As an experienced Captain he has 1000’s of nautical miles delivering boats from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans including the Caribbean to the Mediterranean.

Jesse Fairbrother started with AU Marine Services in 2012 coming from a background in custom audio and visual installations. Jesse is also highly skilled in lamination, painting and electrical installations and has been very versatile taking ownership of various large projects involving yacht customizations in the past 8+ years.
